When you contribute to Rico’s Get Better Foundation, you are helping to create and provide a better opportunity for an inner-city student-athlete. Since its formation only two years ago, the Rico’s Get Better Foundation has created opportunities for over 400 inner-city student-athletes. From creation of its flagship program in the spring of 2008, the Rico’s Get Better League, a nationally sanctioned NCAA summer college basketball league based in Los Angeles, to hosting two co-ed basketball education and life skills clinics, (one in Los Angeles, California and Englewood, New Jersey), Rico’s Get Better Foundation has aided in the personal growth of over 300 inner-city student-athletes, of which over 95% have graduated from high school and four-year universities, respectively. We at Rico’s Get Better Foundation take great pride in seeing our student-athletes achieve their optimal success both as students and as athletes!

With your help, our future plans will increase our ability to reach more inner-city student-athletes in the United States and around the world through the creation and implementation of innovative sports and educational programs.
